Kukerpuu ehk rahvakeeli barbariss on tillukeste hapude punaste marjade, väikeste lehtede ja teravate okastega põõsas. Marjad on head ka jookide ja marinaadide valmistamiseks ning lihatoitude maitsestamiseks.Barberry fruits are tiny and sour, so not many bother to collect them amidst sharp thorns of its branches. Still these berries are very good for marinades and seasoning dishes, also for drinks and candies.
